★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui fazer uma retirada de um cartão. Chegando la estavam encaminhando os clientes da agência que estava fechada para a outra logo em frente. Aguardei por mais de 3h e não pude pegar o meu cartão. Sem respeito algum aos clientes.
Today I went to withdraw a card. Arriving there, they were directing the clients of the agency that was closed to the other just ahead. I waited for more than 3 hours and I couldn't get my card. Without any respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Tanto pessoal quanto pelos canais de atendimento 4004-4828. Fiz 6 tentativas e quando me direcionava para atendimento, caia a ligacao! Nao tem como se falar com ninguém! Mas na hora de cobrar, ah, aí sim, funciona!
