Que o funcionamento das 09 horas as 10 horas é para idoso e pessoas de necessidades especiais, pois deveria melhorar as informações no site para que evite esses acontecimentos sem necessidade e treine melhor seus seguranças para que abordagem seja de forma eficiente e mais educada.
