★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento até que foi bom,mas estou morando aqui em limeira faz 4 meses e nesse intervalo de tempo já efetuei 3 compras lá, sendo a primeira uma base,a segunda um kit de perfume e a terceira outro kit de perfume.
Na segunda vez que fui lá falaram que minha pontuação não entrou que estava sem sistema e eu deixei pra lá,na terceira a mesma coisa e que tem prazo de 1 Ano as pontuações sendo que moro aqui só 4 meses assim por diante, resumindo,elas pedem o CPF pra porcaria nem uma,pois fiz 3 compras e nem uma foi pontuada.
Não costumo ligar pra essas coisas de pontuação,mas sempre que vou comprar elas alegam que vai entrar a tal pontuação.
Mas é mentira.
Acho que só pontua quem elas querem,pois ontem fui lá e elas pediram pra eu levar a nota fiscal que elas iriam pontuar.
Sinceramente decepcionada.
The service was good, but I've been living here in limeira for 4 months and in that time I made 3 purchases there, the first one a base, the second a perfume kit and the third other perfume kit.
The second time I went there they said that my score did not enter that I had no system and I let it go, on the third the same thing and that has a period of 1 Year the scores being that I live here only 4 months and so on, in short, they ask the CPF for crap not one, because I made 3 purchases and not one was scored.
I don't usually care about these punctuation things, but every time I go shopping they claim they'll get that punctuation.
But it's a lie.
I think it only scores who they want, because yesterday I went there and they asked me to take the invoice that they would score.
Honestly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento...queria uma base da super fixe e a vendedora disse que saiu de linha...Mas não se interessou em me mostrar outra base parecida fiquei alguns minutos na loja pois realmente precisava de uma base,mas ao ver o desinteresse da vendedora me retirei e comprei em outro lugar.
Então um rapaz promotor de maquiagem da loja Fikebela que me atendeu super bem...fiquei encantada e comprei uma base q nem conhecia e acabei gostando.?
Terrible service...I wanted a super cool base and the seller said it was out of line...But she wasn't interested in showing me another similar base, I stayed a few minutes in the store because I really needed a base, but when I saw the lack of interest from seller I retired and bought elsewhere.
So a guy who promoted makeup at the Fikebela store who served me very well... I was delighted and bought a foundation I didn't even know about and I ended up liking it.'

Only in this unit I can NEVER redeem points, even if I have points available. Whenever possible, I prefer another franchise outlet.

The service left a little to be desired, as the number of attendants was small for the amount of people in the store at that time, but afterwards I was very well attended

I love the brand and the products.
The store in the center of Limeira is beautiful but unfortunately this team doesn't match many other franchised stores I've bought.
