★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento tanto no caixa quanto nas mesas é bom. Entretanto, o tempo de espera para atendimento nas mesas sempre é imoral, seja qual for o dia da semana. Isso precisa ser melhorado. Estrutura fraca para o número de clientes.
The service both at the cashier and at the tables is good. However, waiting times for service at tables are always immoral, whatever the day of the week. This needs to be improved. Weak structure for the number of customers.

Equipe foi atenciosa, porém receberam ordem da matriz em SP para não informar.
Cultura organizacional divergente da Lei.
Lamentável.....

Péssimo atendimento seu e do seu banco que obriga vc a abrir conta presencialmente é inadmissível. Apenas uma agência aberta em onlida, eles lucram em cima do sofrimento do povo. Ainda por cima negligenciam informações fui abrir minha primeira conta salário nessa agência a atendente KATIA, não me informou que não seria possível fazer transferência via apenas uma conta salário. Resultado mês que vêm vou ter que ir de novo, ficar exposta à COVID, pra pegar um cartão e mudar minha conta quando ela poderia ter feito no mesmo momento. Só estou abrindo essa conta por obrigação mas assim que possível fecharei. Banco Itaú péssimo atendimento do início ao fim. Negligenciam informações para geração de ainda mais transtorno. Mal atendimento aqui vc vai encontrar.

I opened my first salary account at that agency, the attendant KATIA, did not inform me that it would not be possible to make a transfer via just a salary account. Result next month I will have to go again, be exposed to COVID, to get a card and change my account when she could have done it at the same time. I am only opening this account out of obligation but as soon as possible I will close it. Banco Itaú lousy service from start to finish. They neglect information to generate even more disorder. Poor service here you will find.

Li uns comentários e é está agência aqui mesmo, e acho que já vou ter problemas só pra desbloquear o cartão, pois fui hj na agência e nada, acho que tem que ser lá dentro com os atendentes...
