★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, Não tem ninguém pra ajudar quem precisa sacar, pagar ou depositar dinheiro, É cada um que se vire. E a secretária eletrônica já está programada e demora muito pra falar com a gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, cheguei 10;00 da manhã com minha esposa e filha de 9 meses pois havia vindo do pediatra, esperamos mais de 2 horas com uma ficha preferencial e vimos pouquíssimas pessoas (8 apenas) serem atendidas nessas 2 horas, por 3 gerentes disponíveis. Em seguida um deles sai e deixa a fila maior ainda, muita reclamação e indignação, melhorem seu atendimento e agilidade, ninguém merece chá de cadeira de banco
Poor service, I arrived at 10:00 am with my wife and 9 month old daughter because I had come from the pediatrician, we waited more than 2 hours with a preferred form and saw very few people (8 only) being served in these 2 hours by 3 available managers . Then one of them leaves and leaves the queue even bigger, a lot of complaints and indignation, improve their service and agility, nobody deserves bank chair tea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco de fácil e rápido acesso, o horário e dia que fui não tinha movimento. Tem vários caixas-eletrônicos, no momento que fui faltava envelope para depósito em dinheiro, mas havia levado o meu por precaução.
Bank with easy and quick access, the time and day I went had no movement. There are several ATMs, at the time I was missing an envelope for depositing money, but I had taken mine just in case.
