★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo, sempre atrasam a entrega. Até agora não recebi o produto e nem tiveram o trabalho de atualizar o site de rastreio.
 Rubbish, always late delivery. So far I haven't received the product and they didn't even have the trouble to update the tracking site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma AGF pequena, acanhada, mas, a eficiência e simpatia dos funcionários supera essa deficiência. Merece uma acomodação maior, um imóvel mais adequado.
It's a small, shy AGF, but the efficiency and friendliness of the staff overcomes this deficiency. It deserves a bigger accommodation, a more suitable property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível esse correios de Itapecerica, horrível! demora 1 ano pra entregar, não compensa. Mais vantajoso usar qualquer outra empresa de entregas que é mais rápido, tu compra um produto nacional pq é mais rápido a entrega mas demora pra receber como se fosse produto internacional e quando a encomenda sai para entregar nem no mesmo dia chega.
This post office from Itapecerica is horrible, horrible! It takes 1 year to deliver, it's not worth it. More advantageous to use any other delivery company that is faster, you buy a national product because the delivery is faster but it takes time to receive it as if it were an international product and when the order goes out to deliver it doesn't even arrive on the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez atrasam a encomenda, fora que estou com uma encomenda lá, e segundo eles não foi entregue porque o endereço está errado, o número do logradouro está errado, sendo que está tudo correto o endereço na loja no qual aderi o produto. Falta de respeito com os clientes.
Every time they delay the order, apart from that I have an order there, and according to them it was not delivered because the address is wrong, the street number is wrong, and the address in the store where I joined the product is all correct. Lack of respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tiver como por zero de péssimo atendimento eu colocaria mas nao tem!!!Disseram que me entregaram um produto dia 03/05/2022 e nao entregaram nada. Quero saber onde foi parar e quem irá me ressarcir!
If I have zero bad service I would put it but there is none!!! They said they delivered a product to me on 05/03/2022 and they didn't deliver anything. I want to know where it ended up and who will reimburse me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A avaliação tem de ser no todo, pra pegar a sua encomenda o atendimento é bom, mas pra entregar aqui em Itapecerica o atendimento é ruim, pois colocam que não encontraram um endereço de uma empresa que todos os dias tem um carro dos correios entregando e ainda se ligar no CDD ou nas duas agências próximas do centro de Itapecerica ninguém atende, somente no SAC ou na Ouvidoria pra falar...sem falar do absurdo do CDD ser em Santo Amaro. Aqui na nossa cidade depois que pegou fogo no CDD da Américo Vazone em 2017 a mais de 4 anos o CDD passou para Santo Amaro.
UM ENORME ABSURDO.
Se precisar retirar numa encomenda e precisar ser no CDD, nós meros trabalhadores não conseguiremos, pois não funcionam aos sábados e meio de semana somente das 10 às 18hs.
The evaluation has to be in the whole, to pick up your order the service is good, but to deliver here in Itapecerica the service is bad, because they say that they didn't find an address of a company that every day has a mail car delivering and even if you call the CDD or the two agencies close to the center of Itapecerica, no one answers, only the SAC or the Ombudsman to talk... not to mention the absurdity of the CDD being in Santo Amaro. Here in our city after Américo Vazone's CDD caught fire in 2017 more than 4 years ago, the CDD moved to Santo Amaro.
A HUGE ABSURD.
If you need to pick up an order and need to be at the CDD, we mere workers won't be able to, because they don't work on Saturdays and midweek only from 10 am to 6 pm.
