★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de Vargem, aqui o atendimento é um lixo, total desrespeito. Quando fui atendido nessa agência ate pensei que era outra empresa de postagem. Atendimento de primeiro mundo... Deve ser exemplo de um Brasil melhor em atendimento ao cliente, tanto por telefone e físico. Parabéns!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem ruim. Painel de senha todo errado. Só tem 2 atendentes. Demora horas! As atendentes ficam fazendo pacote dos clientes, sendo que em todas as outras agências vc tem q chegar com o pacote pronto. Isso é pra ser feito em casa e ñ lá na hr atrasando os demais clientes.
Pretty bad. Password panel all wrong. There are only 2 attendants. It takes hours! The attendants are doing the customer's package, and in all other agencies you have to arrive with the package ready. This is to be done at home and not at hr, delaying other customers.

Atendimento excelente, dá de 10 a 0 na do Centro de Cotia...
Principalmente pelo atendimento, meninas educadas, prestativas, atenciosas, além de ser por senha não é por fila e ainda te tiram dúvidas na porta, organizam a chamada, todas as atendentes sem exceção estão de parabéns, atendimento de primeira, sem deixar nada a desejar, super rápido....
Continuem assim, dá até gosto postar as coisas no correio assim...
Agora eu não troco, só vou usar a Agência do Jd. Sabiá de Cotia!!!

Para quem acha que privatizar os Correios é a solução esta é uma boa amostra de que este caminho não funciona.
