★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandaram uma mensagem pra mim as 11:22 dizendo que o carteiro saiu para entrega, agora são 18:52 e nada ainda, rastreei a minha encomenda e disseram que ela se encontrava ai, aguardarei até amanhã, li diversas avaliações, inclusive uma que dizia que vocês demoravam 7 dias para realizar uma entrega, caso o meu pedido não chegue eu irei pessoalmente até aí. Ah e eu moro no jardim da saúde, não é longe, não tem trânsito dai para cá, então não sei qual vai ser a desculpa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que esta agencia além de nunca atender ao telefone, também se utiliza frequentemente do subterfúgio de colocar no status "carteiro não atendido" sem ao menos ter tentado entregar a encomenda. Meu pedido é para entrega em estabelecimento comercial, sendo que sempre tem alguém para atender o carteiro, além de ele entregar todos os dias. Então a desculpa de carteiro não atendido não cola. É realmente malandragem. Não tem ninguém para ver isto???? Por isto que precisa privatizar. Do jeito que está não é possível. Estamos pagando por um serviço que quando é feito é muito mal feito.
It seems that this agency, in addition to never answering the phone, also frequently uses the subterfuge of putting in the "unanswered postman" status without even trying to deliver the package. My order is for delivery to a commercial establishment, and there is always someone to attend to the postman, in addition to delivering it every day. So the excuse of a missed postman doesn't work. It is really trickery. There's nobody to see this ???? That's why you need to privatize. As it is, it is not possible. We are paying for a service that when done is very poorly done.

Mas minha compra está parada há 14 dias e nem ao menos a opção de retirar pessoalmente existe. Respeitamos a greve, todos devem lutar pelos direitos, mas por se tratar de um serviço essecial à população, um contingente mínimo deveria existir. Lamentável.
***** Recebi minha encomenda sábado dia 19/09. No sistema ainda marca como não recebido. Provavelmente são funcionários de outro setor para minimizar os carteiros em greve.
(Updated) I never had any problems with the location, I always had orders delivered before the deadline. But my purchase has been stopped for 14 days and not even the option to withdraw personally exists. We respect the strike, everyone must fight for their rights, but since it is an essential service to the population, a minimum contingent should exist. Unfortunate.
***** I received my order on Saturday, 19/09. In the system it still marks as not received. They are probably employees from another sector to minimize striking postmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa franquia deve fechar. Não presta bom serviço. Correspondências não estão chegando no Moinho Velho. Tenho q resolver pela Net 2a via das contas a pagar. Já fui ao local por 3 vezes onde resgatei minhas correspondências q estavam lá. Uma pena q uma das mais respeitadas empresas do Brasil chegasse a esse ponto! Confiabilidade Zero, Pontualidade Zero.
This franchise must close. Does not provide good service. Mail is not arriving at Moinho Velho. I have to solve by Net 2nd way of accounts payable. I've been to the place 3 times where I rescued my correspondence that was there. A pity that one of the most respected companies in Brazil reached this point! Zero Reliability, Zero Punctuality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma encomenda que está parada desde o dia 7 na agência,tem produto que estraga, a previsão era para o dia 7,hoje é dia 9 e Nada,paguei para chegar mais rápido,se estragar minhas coisas quem vai pagar?? Descaso total... se o produto está lá pra entregar pq não entrega,e detalhe o entregador passou a noite no meu prédio e não levou a mercadoria que havia chegado 6h da manhã.
