★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos sao otimo,mas o atendimento por telefone e whatssap sao pessimos,alguns horarios.Uns atendentes que so Deus na causa.Fui fazer pedido pelo what ja que pelo link nao tinha o que eu queria.Passou mais de uma hora ninguem respondeu,ai ligo no fixo fica um passando telefone pra outro falar.A atendente nao entendia o que eu falava pq nao sabia se falava comigo ou com quem estava do lado dela.Quando anotou o endereco,nao me passou valor que ficou pedido e desligou telefone tive que retornar.ai outra atendente fala que provavelmente ,pedido nao seria entregue por conta da demanda.Pq nao avisam antes,faz as pessoas perder tempo.Depois de mais de duas horas respondem so no what so um boa noite, eu ja tinha falado o que queria. Mas deram so um boa noite.Tem que deixar um funcionario so para responder no what,pq nem tudo tem no link.
The products are great, but the service by phone and whatssap is terrible, some hours. Some attendants that only God in the cause. then I call the landline, one passes the phone to the other to talk. The attendant didn't understand what I was saying because she didn't know if she was talking to me or whoever was next to her. that return. then another attendant says that probably, the order would not be delivered because of the demand. Because they don't warn before, it makes people waste time. that wanted. But they only said a good night. You have to leave an employee just to answer on what, because not everything is on the link.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto demais dessa sorveteria, principalmente os copos de açaí que tem bons preços e posso colocar o que eu quiser sem custo adicional. Sempre peço pelo ifood e é entregue rapidamente na minha casa. Ir presencial na sorveteria dependendo do dia não gosto muito porque o espaço não acomoda muitas pessoas e não tem estacionamento no estabelecimento, uma dica é estacionar do outro lado da rua, a hora é 5,00.
I really like this ice cream shop, especially the açaí cups that have good prices and I can put whatever I want at no additional cost. I always ask for ifood and it is delivered quickly to my house. I don't like going to the ice cream shop in person depending on the day because the space does not accommodate many people and there is no parking at the establishment, a tip is to park on the other side of the street, the time is 5.00.
