Recebi o pacote fechado, então o erro foi da loja. Entrei em contato imediatamente pelo chat do pedido do Ifood, e a pessoa que me atendeu apenas disse ter enviado os 3. Lamentável. Errar tudo bem, agora negar é absurdo.
I always shop at this physical and virtual store. But today the experience was unpleasant. I ordered 3 Passion Fruit Dream tablets and 1 Petit Deli. I only received 2 Passion Fruit tablets and the Petit Deli. I received the package unopened, so the error was from the store. I got in touch immediately via the Ifood order chat, and the person who answered me just said he sent the 3. Sorry. Wrong is fine, now denying is absurd.
