Busquei um produto para uma festinha junina na loja do Itaigara e como não tinha, a própria vendedora, por iniciativa dela, me disse que avisaria quando chegasse e assim o fez. Informei que iria no dia seguinte logo após sair do trabalho. Ao chegar lá, no dia seguinte, após o trabalho, elas próprias informaram que haviam vendido. Sem qualquer justificativa e nem demonstrar qualquer constrangimento ou empatia pela situação. TOTAL FALTA DE PALAVRA E DESCOMPROMISSO COM O CLIENTE.
I had a very bad experience and it's unpleasant, mainly due to the store manager's ethical, negligent and non-committal posture. I looked for a product for a June party at the store in Itaigara and as I didn't have it, the seller herself, on her initiative, told me she would let me know when it arrived and so she did. I informed them that I would go the next day right after leaving work. When they arrived there the next day, after work, they themselves informed that they had sold. Without any justification or showing any embarrassment or empathy for the situation. TOTAL LACK OF WORD AND DISCOMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER.
