Eu estava precisando imprimir um banner para um evento e procurei uma gráfica rápida na sexta-feira (07/12) que pudesse me entregar no mesmo dia ou no domingo (09/12), visto que no dia seguinte (08/12) seria feriado de N. Senhora da Conceição e tudo estaria fechado. Quando liguei para a Agraphi fui atendida por Ricardo que se prontificou a verificar se poderiam imprimir e entregar no mesmo dia, ele anotou meu telefone para retornar com as informações. Tentei várias outras gráficas e todas disseram que não poderiam me ajudar nesse prazo, quando já estava sem esperanças recebo o telefonema do Ricardo que me informou que apesar da Agraphi não imprimir ele conseguiu com um parceiro da gráfica para fazer a impressão do banner e me entregar no dia 08/12 pela manhã. Fiquei super feliz e agradecida pela disposição em resolver minha demanda mesmo sem nunca antes ter feito trabalho com eles. Mandei o arquivo, efetuei o pagamento e depois ainda recebi a notícia que poderia pegar o banner naquele mesmo dia a noite porque ele já estava pronto! O Ricardo me deixou informada de tudo com muito profissionalismo, boa vontade e eficiência. Peguei o banner e a impressão ficou de excelente qualidade! Por isso RECOMENDO TOTALMENTE A AGRAPHI e a partir daquele dia ela se tornou a minha gráfica, e a minha indicação também. Quero parabenizar e agradecer a Agraphi e principalmente ao Ricardo por tudo, foi maravilhoso contar com vocês como parceiros!
My experience with Agraphi was amazing and wonderful. I needed to print a banner for an event and I looked for a quick printer on Friday (07/12) that could deliver it to me on the same day or Sunday (09/12), since the next day (08/12) it would be N. Senhora da Conceição holiday and everything would be closed. When I called Agraphi I was answered by Ricardo who offered to check if they could print and deliver the same day, he wrote down my phone number to return with the information. I tried several other printers and they all said they couldn't help me in this period, when I was already hopeless I got the call from Ricardo who informed me that although Agraphi didn't print, he managed to get a partner from the printer to print the banner and deliver it to me. on 12/08 in the morning. I was super happy and grateful for their willingness to solve my demand even without having done work with them before. I sent the file, made the payment and later received the news that I could get the banner that same day at night because it was ready! Ricardo informed me of everything with great professionalism, good will and efficiency. I took the banner and the print was of excellent quality! That's why I FULLY RECOMMEND AGRAPHI and from that day on it became my printer, and my nomination as well. I want to congratulate and thank Agraphi and especially Ricardo for everything, it was wonderful to have you as partners!
