I was charged THREE REAL by printing a common page, black and white. They take advantage of the ABUSIVE PRINT of printing because they stand next to a clinic that performs tests for the DETRAN that requires request of the printed consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sra. Marta, estive na gráfica em 26/11/2019 para fazer pequenos cartazes para um bazar. Andei debaixo do sol quente da av. Inácio Monteiro para a gráfica chegando lá as 12h45. EU não sabia que fechava às 12h30. Já tinha começado meu trabalho. Na hora de fechar falei pra algunhas pessoas que eu iria esperar o horário de almoço deles. Fiquei na calçada de um restaurante na avenida e quando deu 13h30 já estava me dirigindo pra gráfica, chegando a ver o funcionário levantando uma janela. Quando cheguei já tinha alguém sentado no lugar. Esperei uns 5 minutos. Falei várias vezes com uma funcionária loura que estava sentada e ela disse que a cliente chegou primeiro e não me deu mais atenção. Vi que se tratava de um trabalho ou algo do tipo e voltei a falar com a mesma funcionária se não poderia liberar um dos três computadores que estavam livres e ela disse que não. Entendi que a cliente já era velha conhecida da casa pela liberdade com que ela falou com a senhora dizendo que iria "passar a tarde toda no computador". Me senti um nada pela proprietária não ter alguma solução pra mim, afinal eu também era cliente. Tenho 58 anos e me senti mal tratada. Os clientes são a alma de um estabelecimento. Sem eles os donos não têm lucro! A maioria desses depoentes fazem uma ótima avaliação, mas sinceramente a experiência que eu tive foi péssima, não me deram nenhum apoio! Por esse motivo pretendo não voltar a esse estabelecimento e se alguém me perguntar, direi o que me aconteceu.
Mrs. Marta, I was at the press on 11/26/2019 to make small posters for a bazaar. I walked under the warm sun of av. Inácio Monteiro to the printing company getting there at 12:45. I didn't know it closed at 12.30. I had already started my work. At closing time I told some people that I would wait for their lunch break. I stood on the sidewalk of a restaurant on the avenue and when it was 1:30 pm I was already heading to the print shop, even seeing the employee raising a window. When I arrived someone was already seated. I waited about 5 minutes. I spoke several times to a blond employee who was sitting and she said the client arrived first and didn't pay me any more attention. I saw that it was a job or something and went back to talk to the same employee if I couldn't release one of the three computers that were free and she said no. I understood that the client was already an old acquaintance of the house for the freedom with which she spoke to the lady saying that she would "spend all afternoon at the computer". I felt nothing because the owner did not have any solution for me, after all I was also a customer. I'm 58 years old and I felt poorly treated. Customers are the soul of an establishment. Without them the owners have no profit! Most of these deponents give a great assessment, but honestly the experience I had was terrible, they gave me no support! That is why I intend not to return to this establishment and if anyone asks me, I will tell you what happened to me.
