★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci a clínica veterinária por indicação, no início tivemos uma experiência de fato muito boa. Porém quando meu animal teve um probleminha de saúde, eles diagnosticaram sem ao menos pedir exames. Ao todo foram mais de 10x entre ida à clinica e contato via fone e não tivemos nenhum diagnóstico certo para tratar. Sem contar que, o telefone 24hrs nunca estava disponível, então pq disponibilizam esse número como emergencial e nunca nos atende? Meu animal teve que ficar tomando medicamento subcutâneo e o descaso foi tanto que, ele voltou todo urinado. Não satisfeitos, o Dr. Rafael prescreveu mais medicamento na veia, mais um dia internado, quando voltamos vimos uma pequena lesão na pata, causada pelo esparadrapo arrancado violentamente, tirando inclusive os pêlos.
Graças à Deus encontramos uma profissional excelente que no primeiro contato, de imediato solicitou exames, diagnosticou e tratou.
Enfim, INFELIZMENTE essa experiência foi necessária para descobrirmos a qualidade do serviço. Mas deixo registrada aqui minha experiência já que os mesmos não possuem redes sociais. Que vocês do Dr. Taxa possam colher tudo que estão plantando.
I met the veterinary clinic by appointment, at the beginning we had a very good experience indeed. But when my pet has a health little problem, they diagnosed without even order tests. Altogether there were more than 10x between going to the clinic and contact via phone and we had no right diagnosis to treat. Not to mention that the 24-hour phone was never available, so why do they make this number available as an emergency and never answer us? My animal had to be taking subcutaneous drug and neglect was so much that he returned all pissed. Not satisfied, Dr. Rafael prescribed more medication in his vein, another day in the hospital, when we came back we saw a small lesion on his paw, caused by the plaster plucked violently, even removing the hair.
Thank God we found an excellent professional who, on the first contact, immediately requested tests, diagnosed and treated.
Anyway, Unfortunately this experience was necessary to find out the quality of service. But I leave here registered my experience since they do not have social networks. May you from Dr. Rate be able to reap everything you are planting.
