★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que minha cachorrinha foi tosar e tomar banho... ela voltou super irritada e veio com a barriga e as duas pontas da orelha cortada... e quando fui buscar ngm me avisou... sobre o incidente... tentei falar com o médico veterinário da clinica e o atendente não quis passar para a Dra Giovana alegando que ela não atende telefone se não fosse paciente da clinica..
First time my little dog went to shave and take a shower... she came back super angry and came with her belly and both ends of her ear cut... and when I went to get ngm she warned me... about the incident... I tried to talk with the clinic's veterinarian and the attendant did not want to go to Dr Giovana, alleging that she doesn't answer the phone if she wasn't a patient at the clinic...
