★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia de hoje 06/09/2021 as exatas 09:20h da manhã, minha mãe chegou ao local para ser atendida e notou que em plena pandemia, uma atendente do PETSHOP estava SEM MÁSCARA, isso mesmo SEM MÁSCARA, desrespeitando os protocolos de segurança e sanitários exigidos pelo GOVERNO FEDERAL/ESTADUAL.
Questionado se a mesma não colocaria a máscara para falar com as pessoas, a atendente respondeu "Eu não coloquei porque estou esfregando o chão e me deixa ofegante". Visto que, a máscara é uma obrigação de acordo com a LEI FEDERAL.
Além da arrogância por parte da atendente, minha mãe se sentiu ofendida com a atitude da atendente sem respeito nenhum ou qualquer consideração pela fase atual em que vivemos.
NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE PETSHOP a nenhuma pessoa e PERDERAM um cliente que ia no local a mais de 10 anos.
ME senti Obrigado a vir a público RELATAR o que acontece nesse local
OBS: Ao invés de tentar solucionar o problema e os donos do local virem pedir DESCULPAS, simplesmente a ação deles em resposta a isso foi o BLOQUEIO NO WHATSAPP sem qualquer satisfação, bloqueando a mim e a minha mãe, bela atitude de "EMPRESÁRIOS" e só deixo meus "parabéns" para isso!
Today 06/09/2021 at exactly 09:20 in the morning, my mother arrived at the place to be assisted and noticed that in the middle of the pandemic, a PETSHOP attendant was WITHOUT A MASK, that's right WITHOUT A MASK, disrespecting the safety protocols and toilets required by the FEDERAL/STATE GOVERNMENT.
Asked if she wouldn't put on the mask to talk to people, the attendant replied "I didn't put it on because I'm scrubbing the floor and it makes me breathless". Since, the mask is an obligation under FEDERAL LAW.
In addition to the arrogance on the part of the attendant, my mother felt offended by the attitude of the attendant without any respect or any consideration for the current stage in which we live.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PETSHOP to anyone and they LOST a customer who had been there for over 10 years.
I felt obliged to go public REPORT what happens in this place
NOTE: Instead of trying to solve the problem and the owners of the place come to apologize, simply their action in response to this was the BLOCK ON WHATSAPP without any satisfaction, blocking me and my mother, beautiful attitude of "ENTREPRENEURS" and I just leave my "congratulations" for that!
