Ao pedir pra ele me ajudar em uma compra., ele de forma bem grosseira e em um tom bem agressivo ='' se vc tiver paciência, eu posso te ajudar.'' eu pergunte pra ele se aquilo era jeito de tratar um Cliente
e mesmo assim ele não pediu desculpa. E isso ainda foi na frente de outras pessoas. Depois eu fiquei ligando pra loja pra reclamar e estranhamente ninguém atendia minha ligação, ou quando atendia ficava em espera. além de ser grosso, ainda pareceu que era um favor que ele ia me fazer. E tinha pouquíssimos clientes na hora. Depois ainda soube que ele eh gerente. Total falta de respeito. Eu já tinha ido várias vezes na loja e fiquei chocado com este atendimento que esse gerente Maicon me deu. Total despreparo e desrespeito. Nunca mais volto.

I had already been to the store several times and was shocked by the service that this manager Maicon gave me. Total unpreparedness and disrespect. I'll never be back.
