★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento da Dra Julia Belmira. Tratou meu shitzu com muito cuidado e carinho. A clínica é bem localizada, o estacionamento é bem disputado na frente da empresa. Demorou um pouco a ser chamado.
 I liked the service provided by Dr Julia Belmira. He treated my shitzu with great care and affection. The clinic is well located, parking is well disputed in front of the company. It took a while to be called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez, gostei. Fui bem atendida, fui atendida rapidamente acho que porque foi com especialista (dermatologista). Médica/Vet é até boa, mas estou começando. Tenho que aguardar resultados exames. Os exames não são tão caros quanto em outras clínicas.
First time, I liked it. I was well attended, I was attended quickly, I think because it was with a specialist (dermatologist). Doctor/Vet is pretty good, but I'm starting. I have to wait for test results. The exams are not as expensive as in other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cadelinha teve um deslocamento de patela, tentei agendar ortopedista e não consegui. A atendente ficou dizendo que precisava aguardar o médico informar quando poderia atender. Passou 24h e nada. Falta de respeito com o cliente.
My dog had a dislocated patella, I tried to schedule an orthopedist and I couldn't. The attendant kept saying that she needed to wait for the doctor to inform when she could answer. 24 hours passed and nothing. Lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento perfeito. Meu filho de 4 patas saiu de lá com o aspecto totalmente diferente do qual entrou. Dra Jussara é maravilhosa. Muito atenciosa com o pet, carinhosa e dá para perceber que ela tem amor ao que faz. Amei e recomendo. Podem ir sem medo.
Perfect service. My 4-legged son came out of there looking totally different from the one he came in. Dr Jussara is wonderful. Very attentive with the pet, affectionate and you can see that she loves what she does. I loved and recommend. You can go without fear.
