Nesse sentido, foi me fornecido uma ração a granel. No entanto, a marca fornecida era divergente, tendo em vista que meu gato teve problemas quanto ao intestino e tive um gasto em média de R$250,00 em medicamentos e consulta ao veterinário. Ao informar a situação ao atendente, o mesmo não deu tanta importância e nem sequer obtive um retorno posteriormente do dono do estabelecimento. Isso demonstra total falta de profissionalismo e desfeita com seus clientes.
I do not recommend the establishment. I purchased a food for my cat and informed the attendant that I would like the same brand that my pet had already gotten used to. In that sense, I was provided with a bulk ration. However, the brand provided was divergent, considering that my cat had problems with the intestine and I spent an average of R $ 250.00 on medication and consultation with the veterinarian. When informing the situation to the attendant, he did not give much importance and did not even get a return later from the owner of the establishment. This shows a total lack of professionalism and undone with its customers.
