Quando algo da errado eles bloqueiam vc do whatsapp. Indicam medicamentos que não fazem efeito e depois dizem que não é com neles e sim com o laboratório. Gerente do local ao invés de resolver discute e desliga o telefone na cara do cliente . Parabéns . Vamos ter umas aulas de atendimento ao cliente.
They do not know how to deal with problems with customers. When something goes wrong they block u from whatsapp. They indicate drugs that have no effect and then say that it is not with them but with the laboratory. Site manager instead of resolving discusses and hangs up the phone in the customer's face. Congratulations . Let's have some customer service classes.
