E se não agradamos esse 1% não é por má vontade, pois aqui temos vontade de sobra graças a Deus !!! :D Afinal, não é atoa que estamos no mercado HÁ exatamente 30 anos , e no mesmo endereço !! :D

Fiquei aproximadamente 10 dias aguardando retorno para um simples orçamento, não contente entrei em contato, marcaram a visita do orçamentista, me desloquei do trabalho até a minha casa para poder atendê-lo em horário comercial mas a visita simplesmente não aconteceu, aí liguei novamente e só então informaram que não seria possível a visita. Marcamos para sábado na esperança de resolver a questão e novamente não fui atendida, nem se quer um telefonema da empresa informando novamente o imprevisto. Sinceramente estou indignada com o descaso.
Terrible attendance! I spent approximately 10 days waiting for a simple quote to return, not happy I got in touch, they scheduled the visit of the budgetist, I went from work to my house to be able to attend him during business hours but the visit just didn't happen, then I called again and only then did they inform that the visit would not be possible. We set up for Saturday in the hope of resolving the issue and again I was not answered, nor is there a call from the company to inform me of the unexpected. I am honestly indignant at the neglect.

Por 2 vezes liguei na empresa e fiquei aguardando retorno. Falta de respeito com o cliente. A Fernanda no primeiro contato anotou todos os dados e na semana passada a Gabriele (que me garantiu que me retornariam). A unica garantia que tenho é a falta de interesse. Lamentavel pessoal.
Very bad. Schedule, get all the data and no one appears or at least gives a return.
For 2 times I called the company and I was waiting for a return. Lack of respect for the customer. Fernanda in the first contact wrote down all the data and last week to Gabriele (who assured me that they would return to me). The only guarantee I have is the lack of interest. Regrettable staff.
