★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui recentemente a loja comprar um presente de natal, no entanto enquanto eu olhava os produtos a vendedora que me atendia fazia caras e bocas com a colega, achando que eu não estava observando. Ela estava incomodada com minha indecisão sobre o que presentear querendo que eu aceitasse a opinião dela e desagradando quando eu reprpvava a dica de que tal colônia era boa e todo mundo gostava. O atendimento precisa melhorar e lembrar que o que esta em questão é o gosto do cliente e não so o produto que a vendedora deseja vender.
I recently went to the store to buy a Christmas present, however while I was looking at the products, the salesperson who served me made faces and mouths with her colleague, thinking that I was not watching. She was annoyed by my indecision about what to give, wanting me to accept her opinion and displeasing when I rebuked the tip that such cologne was good and everyone liked it. Service needs to improve and remember that what is at issue is the customer's taste and not just the product the seller wants to sell.
