Mais de cinco peças que sumiram e a dona não quis se responsabilizar por elas. Lembro bem das minhas roupas e do que veio faltando. Ela simplesmente disse para eu procurar meus direitos. O preço das 5 peças que sumiram era o mesmo valor que paguei pela lavagem das roupas. Ou seja, eu tive 100% de prejuízo neste lugar. Ainda as roupas que ela me devolveu vieram todas encardidas e uma delas veio super manchada. Péssimo. Se você quer perder peças de roupas lave neste lugar. Se você quer ter prejuízo financeiro lave suas roupas neste lugar.

The price of the 5 pieces that were missing was the same amount I paid for washing the clothes. That is, I had a 100% loss in this place. Even the clothes she gave me back were all soiled and one of them came super stained. Terrible. If you want to lose clothes, wash in this place. If you want to have a financial loss, wash your clothes in this place.
