I got to the door and it's closed. There should be a warning as it has for the Padre Estevan Pernet Street unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Antigamente nas lavanderias as roupas vinham com um fragrância super agradável. Hj vc leva suas roupas lá, e elas voltam cheirando a água suja. Péssimo!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada com o trabalho dessa lavanderia. Levei 3 peças de uniformes brancos pra lava e eles voltaram imundos, deixei lá de volta por mais duas vezes pra refazerem o serviço e só piorou. Sem conta o descaso das funcionárias, tive q joga no lixo meus uniformes e compra novos
NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!
Disappointed with the work of this laundry. I took 3 pieces of white uniforms to the lava and they came back filthy, left it back for two more times to redo the job and it only got worse. Over and over the neglect of the employees, I had to throw my uniforms in the trash and buy new ones
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

A começar pelo atendimento prestado, a funcionária que estava na recepção foi bastante grosseira ao me receber, respondendo de forma bem rude as minhas perguntas. Além disso, quando fui verificar meu terno no dia seguinte que eu havia ido buscar, percebi que nas costas havia uma mancha gigantesca marrom, resultado, perdi meu terno porque ele foi QUEIMADO, sim, queimado. Tive que comprar outro pra poder ir ao meu evento.
Eu fui nessa unidade porque eu conhecia o trabalho da unidade de São Caetano e lá eles são simplesmente perfeitos, desde o atendimento até a entrega das suas roupas, são mto atenciosos. Pensei que minhas roupas e eu teríamos o mesmo tratamento na unidade do Tatuapé. Infelizmente não foi assim... Não retorno mais nessa unidade.
My experience at this place was bad. Starting with the service provided, the employee at the reception was very rude when receiving me, answering my questions very rudely. Also, when I went to check my suit the day after I went to pick it up, I noticed that there was a gigantic brown stain on the back, as a result, I lost my suit because it was BURNED, yes, burned. I had to buy another one to be able to go to my event.
I went to this unit because I knew the work of the São Caetano unit and there they are just perfect, from the service to the delivery of your clothes, they are very attentive. I thought that my clothes and I would have the same treatment at the Tatuapé unit. Unfortunately it was not like that... I will not return to this unit again.
