★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um comercio tem a obrigação de comunicar ao seu cliente ,qdo há uma norma da casa qua afeta diretamente ele..Por exemplo hoje fiz um pedido de galão de água , eles não quiseram me vender porque o galao não era deles, e está para vencer em abril..Estamos em março, !!!!!!!ENTÃO ELES QUE AVISEM QUE SÓ VENDEM QUANDO O GALÃO FOR DELES.,.NOTA 0.

Bad service, I'm giving a star because there is no way to give 0. They are putting expired gallons to deliver to customers and have no regard for them !! WORST PLACE TO BUY WATER, EMPLOYEES STILL DELIVER WRONG WATER !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi água Baviera. Enviaram a Prata. A atendente disse que enviou a outra, porque não tinha a Baviera e ela devia ter me avisado, mas achou que não era tão importante!!! Ficou de buscar o galão, porém quando retornei, descobri que a loja já estava fechada. Novamente a atendente achou que não era tão importante me avisar que não viriam buscar o galão cheio, e me devolver o vazio, para que eu pudesse pedir a água de minha preferência!!! Estou indignada!!!
I ordered water Bavaria. They sent the silver. The attendant said she sent the other one because she didn't have Bavaria and she should have warned me, but thought it wasn't that important !!! He fished for the gallon, but when I returned I found that the store was already closed. Again the attendant thought it was not so important to warn me that they would not come to get the full gallon, and return the void so that I could order the water of my choice !!! I am outraged !!!

Liguei para encomendar um galão de água e, ao dar meu endereço, a pessoa que me atendeu conversou com alguém ao lado, concluiu que minha ligação era trote e desligou o telefone na minha cara. Voltei a ligar explicando não se tratar de trote e o atendente disse que estava "achando" que não existia o número indicado na rua onde moro (!). Insisti, forneci o nome do edifício e as características da fachada e ele finalmente aceitou minha encomenda. Só que não realizou a entrega! Fiquei esperando, em vão... Um absurdo tratar dessa maneira a um cliente... melhor fechar as portas, o que provavelmente acontecerá se continuarem atendendo tão mal. Nota zero!
Terrible attendance! I called to order a gallon of water and, when giving my address, the person who answered me talked to someone next door, concluded that my call was a prank call and hung up on me. I called again explaining that it was not a prank call and the attendant said he was "thinking" that there was no number indicated on the street where I live (!). I insisted, gave the name of the building and the characteristics of the facade and he finally accepted my order. Only he did not deliver! I waited in vain ... It was absurd to treat a customer like that ... better to close the doors, which will probably happen if they continue to serve so badly. Zero score!
