Não tive nenhum retorno e ainda passei o final de semana sem água. Que raiva ! Quando liguei para perguntar fui informada q meu pedido estava lá mas não sabem o q aconteceu.
Look better not to ask at this location. Terrible! I made a request on Saturday morning and until Monday at 18h the request did not arrive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A entrega é péssima. A gente avisa que não terá ninguém em casa após determinado horário, eles falam que vai chegar a tempo, não chega, a gente fica sem água e eles ainda acham ruim. Quem quiser boa entrega, tem que ligar em outro lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade da água é maravilhosa, mas o atendimento é péssimo, telefonistas parecem que estão fazendo um favor em nos vender, e fazem um verdadeiro descaso quando reclamamos da demora ou falta da entrega.
Por falar em entrega, é o PIOR SERVIÇO QUE JÁ VI NO MUNICÍPIO.
O que me deixa pensar se existe gestão deste serviço?
Se existir, deve ter saído de férias, tem que ser revisto com urgência.
The water quality is wonderful, but the service is terrible, telephone operators seem to be doing us a favor in selling us, and they make a real disregard when we complain about the delay or lack of delivery.
Speaking of delivery, it is the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN THE MUNICIPALITY.
What makes me wonder if this service is managed?
