★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma experiência super ruim, a pessoa que veio instalar o vinil, fez a instalação que em alguns lugares o mesmo encheu de água e, simplesmente ele entrou na piscina e bateu com um martelo, no demais colocou todas as bordas tortas e sem nível entre elas, hoje estão praticamente todas se soltando e, haverá a necessário fase de fazer a troca de todas, me arrependi muito!
It was a super bad experience, the person who came to install the vinyl, did the installation that in some places filled it with water and he simply entered the pool and hit it with a hammer, in the other he put all the crooked edges and no level between they are practically all coming off today and there will be the necessary phase to change them all, I regretted it a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que faço minha piscina com eles. A primeira, há 12 anos, deu tudo certo. Dessa vez não. Me senti enganada após assinatura do contrato da troca do vinil. Surgiu mais duzentas coisas pra fazer fora da troca do vinil (que já estava pago) e aí eles achavam cada vez mais coisas pra fazer. O orçamento ficou mais caro do que uma piscina nova! Claro que não fiz com eles, fui no concorrente e ficou 1/3 do que me pediram e ainda eu aqueci a piscina. Então, dessa vez, não recomendo. Achei que agiram de má fé fo começo ao fim.
Second time I do my pool with them. The first one, 12 years ago, went well. Not this time. I felt cheated after signing the vinyl exchange contract. There were two hundred more things to do outside of the vinyl exchange (which was already paid for) and then they found more and more things to do. The budget got more expensive than a new pool! Of course I didn't do it with them, I went to the competitor and it was 1/3 of what they asked me and I still heated the pool. So this time I don't recommend it. I thought they acted in bad faith from start to finish.
