★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos uma piscina de 130 mil litros e em caso de reparo, o profissional demora até 10 dias paravdar um retorno. Péssimo pós venda. Se vc pretende intalar uma piscina e nunca mais ter assistência, achou o lugar certo. Foi trocado o Vinil, instalado uma hidromassagem e colocado iluminaçao. A instalação do vinil foi boa, a iluminação também mas teve prazo um pouco longo mas segundo a empresa devido ao fornecedor. A instalação da Hidro já mostrou alguns problemas desde o início . Agora para reparos, ESQUEÇA ! não retorna whazao, não retorna ligação e nem dá satisfação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaram nossa piscina , e depois nos relataram que não poderiam fazer , nem trazer o kit limpeza enquanto não fizessemos o contra piso. Resultado, 2 semanas aguardando a limpeza e nd. PISCINA CHEIA DE LARVAS de mosquito .
Disseram que iríamos perder a garantia se viessem antes. Pedreiro precisa ser agendado e o contra piso demora a ser feito, enquanto isto a piscina está suja e proliferando mosquitos.
Eu entendo que não possa entrar na piscina enquanto o contra piso não for feito, mas a limpeza da água ??? Não faz sentido...
