The residential Águas Claras is one of the best condominiums in the city. With efficient management, it manages to provide residents with a safe, organized, comfortable and familiar environment. The apartments are medium in size, but this is compensated for by the exceptional structure of the outdoor area. Worthy of mention is the swimming pool, which is always clean and rarely crowded. Not to mention the organized and clean party areas. In short, a great place to live.
