★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui em uma consulta odontológica me sentir enganada, pois marquei para um dentista cirurgião como combinado por telefone à 2 meses atrás no entanto minha consulta foi avaliação onde para continuar meu processo de atendimento tinha que fazer uma panorâmica que seria paga por fora e retornar e a Dentix marcar finalmente o dentista que iria fazer o tratamento, sem falar que para fazer uma limpesa tive que tirar raio X dos dentes e desculpe se é ignorância mas nós meus 55 anos nunca vi tirar raio X para limpesa dentária acredito ser imoral e desrespeitoso este tipo de atendimento, portanto não indico atendimento na Dentix pelo plano hapvida.?
Today I went to a dental appointment to feel cheated, because I made an appointment to a dentist surgeon as arranged by phone 2 months ago, however my consultation was an evaluation where to continue my care process I had to do an overview that would be paid out and return and Dentix finally appointing the dentist who was going to do the treatment, not to mention that in order to clean it I had to take an X-ray of my teeth and sorry if it is ignorance but we, my 55 years old, never saw a X-ray for dental cleaning, I believe it is immoral and disrespectful this type of service, therefore I do not indicate service at Dentix by the hapvida plan.?

Perguntei a recepcionista, mas por não trabalhar para esse dentista disse não saber me informar nada.
Estou no aguardo sem saber quando e que hrs irei ser atendido sem nenhuma informação.
