At AH dance !, I feel welcomed. That is the best definition of this place in my opinion: welcoming. The person in charge of the studio overflows affection, care and empathy, and this is reflected in the space, which conveys security and warmth. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agradou a especialização da professora,que é formada em educação física então sabe as táticas corretas para n se machucar e tem conhecimento para dar aula para pessoas com algum tp de condição que as impossibilitaria de fazer algo.Também me agradou o método que ela utiliza que respeita o tempo e processo de cada aluna e vai criando consciência corporal para avançar cada vez mais com excelência.Limpa as barras e o ambiente direitinho, para as alunas, n só por conforto,mas segurança contra o covid.Há eventos especiais que a professora monta como halloween, apresentação de fim de ano,aulas temáticas como de rock que são opcionais e bem legais,tirando também aulas extras para melhorar flexibilidade por exemplo.Além de criar um espaço confortável fisicamente,tbm cria emocionalmente,pois a professora sempre busca estar conhecendo e criando laços com as suas alunas,as aulas passam a ser mais divertidas com ela.Ahdança é um lugar para tds os tipos de pessoas, independentes de corpo e idade,se quer estar lá por condicionamento físico obterá resultado,se quer estar lá para ter um lugar seguro para fazer algo de que gosta lá tbm é perfeito,5 estrelas total✨??????
I was pleased with the specialization of the teacher, who has a degree in physical education so she knows the correct tactics to not get hurt and has the knowledge to teach people with some kind of condition that would make it impossible for them to do something. I was also pleased with the method she uses that respects the time and process of each student and creates body awareness to advance more and more with excellence. It cleans the bars and the environment properly, for the students, not only for comfort, but also for safety against the covid. There are special events that the teacher sets up such as halloween, year-end presentation, themed classes such as rock that are optional and very cool, also taking extra lessons to improve flexibility, for example. In addition to creating a physically comfortable space, she also creates emotionally, as the teacher always seeks getting to know and creating bonds with her students, the classes become more fun with her. Ahdança is a place for all types of people, regardless of body and age, if you want to be there for fitness you will get results, if you want to be there for a safe place to do something you enjoy there too it is perfect,5 stars total✨??????
