 Bad location, everything pays! They do not give necessary attention over the phone and much delay. Mouth report. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Local não respeita horários. Fiz quatro seções de fisioterapia respiratória e as quatro a fisioterapeuta chegou mais de uma hora atrasada. Local com equipamentos velhos e esterilização duvidosa. Não volto mais.
Bad experience. Place does not respect schedules. I did four sections of respiratory physiotherapy and the four the physiotherapist arrived more than an hour late. Place with old equipment and questionable sterilization. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível e mega traumatizante. O local é muito antigo sem limpeza adequada. Não respeita o horário marcado além de ocorrer atrasos por parte da equipe medica. Os equipamentos são antigos, velhos e a esterilização é bem duvidosa. Te empurram vários exames super caro mesmo no plano, me foi cobrado aproximadamente 2 mil reais só em exames pelo plano e mais os que eram a parte (particular na clínica), ainda tive que exigir que me explicassem os exames que fiz tanto particular quanto pelo plano porque a consulta foi muito rápida e sem muitas explicações. Não volto mais e ainda duvido dos resultados dos exames. Ainda coloquei uma estrela aqui porque é obrigatório na avaliação porque nem uma merecia.
Horrible and mega traumatizing experience. The place is very old without proper cleaning. It does not respect the scheduled time and there are delays on the part of the medical team. The equipment is old, old and sterilization is very doubtful. You are pushed several super expensive exams even in the plan, I was charged approximately 2 thousand reais only in exams for the plan and more that were the part (private in the clinic), I still had to demand that they explain the exams I did both privately and for the plan because the consultation was very quick and without much explanation. I'm not coming back and I still doubt the results of the exams. I still put a star here because it is mandatory in the evaluation because not even one deserved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos no meio de uma pandemia de COVID19 e eu duvido que a esterilização e a segurança do aparelho de espirometria seja suficiente. O mesmo tubo é utilizado e compartilhado por diversos pacientes, fiz o exame mas me arrependi completamente, espero não ter me infectado.
We are in the middle of a COVID19 pandemic and I doubt that the sterilization and safety of the spirometry device is sufficient. The same tube is used and shared by several patients, I took the exam but I completely regretted it, I hope I didn't get infected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Fui tratar a asma e alergia do meu filho. Mas fiquei muito decepcionada com a postura antiética da profissional Leila Mara. Ao descobrir que a mesma vacina eu poderia pagar 150 reais a menos fui solicitar o pedido pra fazer em outro lugar. Mas a resposta que tive foi q ela só dizia o princípio e que o laboratório que " ela confia" fazia a diluição e porcentagens. Ao relatar esse fato para outros profissionais foram unânimes em desaconselhar .
I do not recommend. I went to treat my son's asthma and allergy. But I was very disappointed with the unethical posture of professional Leila Mara. When I found out that the same vaccine I could pay 150 reais less, I asked for the order to be made elsewhere. But the answer I got was that she only said the principle and that the laboratory that "she trusts" did the dilution and percentages. When reporting this fact to other professionals, they were unanimous in not recommending it.
