★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há 4 anos e quando fui renovar a minha vacina soube que meu plano foi descredenciado, tentei negociar para nessa única vez te a vacina prescrita sem a consulta, pois fui pego de surpresa e minha filha de 09 anos está em um tratamento de câncer o que me deixou sem dinheiro nesse momento, mas a clínica se recusou a abrir essa exceção mesmo pelos motivos apresentados. Falta compreensão e humanidade.
I have been a client for 4 years and when I went to renew my vaccine I learned that my plan was disqualified, I tried to negotiate for this one time the vaccine prescribed without consultation, because I was caught by surprise and my 9 year old daughter is undergoing cancer treatment which left me penniless at the time, but the clinic refused to make that exception even for the reasons given. Lack of understanding and humanity.

Quando retornei por telefone, laudos e informações incompletas, assim como atendente sem paciência, qnd perguntei a respeito dos meus testes, a mesma disse que nao poderia haver consulta por telefone, porém não se tratava de consulta e sim de esclarecimento a respeito de informações difusas do meu teste.

Atualmente faço tratamento de imunologia com a doutora Marcela, uma profissional excelente e humana, a médica mais atenciosa que eu tive o prazer de conhecer na vida. A clínica possui tratamento com vacinas para imunoterapia que mudaram minha vida, hoje em dia raramente tenho crises alérgicas ou asmáticas. É um investimento que vou levar para vida toda!
As meninas da recepção são sempre muito atenciosas e solícitas a sanar todas as minhas dúvidas, seja presencialmente ou via whatsapp. Além disso, a clínica é organizada e pontual de uma maneira geral, foram poucas as vezes que eu demorei para ser atendida. Além disso, o consultório fica localizado dentro de um dos maiores shoppings da zona oeste do Rio, de fácil acesso por meio de carros, ônibus, uber e táxi.

I am currently undergoing immunology treatment with Dr. Marcela, an excellent and humane professional, the most attentive doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life. The clinic has treatment with vaccines for immunotherapy that changed my life, nowadays I rarely have allergic or asthma attacks. It's an investment I'll keep for life!
