★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a mecanica por indicação. E após orçamento e o carro desmontado autorizei o serviço . Ao buscar o carro no final do dia, percebi os mesmos sintomas no veículo, como ja era final do dia e sexta-feita pensei em voltar na semana que entraria. Mas como sou teimoso e desconfiado, resolvi verificar como desmontar a flauta dos bicos injetores e constatei que nenhum dos bicos haviam sido trocados, todos originiais de fabrica, ainda, fiquei "revoltado", fiz ainda o teste de estanqueidade dos bicos e constatei o verdadeiro problema era esse, apos desligar o carro bico ficava pingando combustivel encima ali do cilindro. Voltei na segunda, discutimos, foi desmontado a flauta e ali mesmo constatamos que nao havia sido feito o servico que havia sido cobrado . EM RESUMO, algumas outras peças como bateria realmente havia sido trocada, muito obvio de constatar... mas nunca imaginariam que eu desmontaria a flauta dos bicos injetores. Isso ja faz alguns anos, mas me sinto no direito de postar, ja que hoje ao buscar um mecanico no google vi a mecanica e lembrei do ocorrido. A respeito da competencia tecnica nao tenho duvidas, mas em relação a honestidade, ainda que me deram 1000 explicações, dizendo por exemplo que nao poderiam ter trocado apenas 1 bico injetor ja que o tamanho do bico novo variava em +- 2 mm , concordo plenamente que nao poderia trocar apenas 1, mas NAO DEVERIAM TER COLOCADO NA NOTA QUE TROCARAM 1 BICO SENDO QUE NAO HAVIAM TROCADO e ME COBRARAM PELA PEÇA FANTASMA E MAO DE OBRA, ou seja o honesto seria me ligar e dizer infelizmente teremos que trocar os 4 bicos ... aprova ou nao ? ainda que o defeito seria em apenas 1 dos bicos. ESSE SERIA O CORRETO. Mas enfim fiquei com o prejuizo material. Mas minha Conciencia TRANQUILA.

But as I am stubborn and suspicious, I decided to check how to dismantle the flute of the injector nozzles and found that none of the nozzles had been changed, all original from the factory. the problem was this, after turning off the car nozzle dripped fuel over there from the cylinder. I came back on Monday, we discussed, the flute was dismantled and right there we found that the service that had been charged had not been done. IN SUMMARY, some other parts like drums had really been changed, very obvious to see ... but they would never imagine that I would dismantle the flute of the injector nozzles. This is a few years ago, but I feel entitled to post, since today when searching for a mechanic on google I saw the mechanic and remembered what happened. Regarding the technical competence I have no doubts, but in relation to honesty, even though they gave me 1000 explanations, saying for example that they could not have exchanged just 1 injection nozzle since the size of the new nozzle varied by + - 2 mm, I fully agree that I couldn’t just exchange 1, but SHOULD NOT HAVE PLACED IN THE NOTE THAT EXCHANGED 1 NOZZLE BEING THERE THERE WERE NO EXCHANGED AND CHARGED ME FOR THE GHOST PIECE AND WORKMAN, that is to say the honest thing would be to call me and say unfortunately we will have to change the 4 nozzles ... approve or not? although the defect would be in only 1 of the nozzles. THAT WOULD BE THE CORRECT. But at last I was left with material damage. But my QUIET Conciencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido, foram muito exatos no diagnóstico da falha, sem surpresas. Informaram de mais dois itens que mereciam atenção mas não necessitava de manutenção imediata. Pela qualidade do lugar já sabia que o valor cobrado seria um pouco mais elevado mas eles não são a oficinazinha da esquina, mas de qualquer forma o preço foi só R$200 acima do esperado. Com certeza voltarei quando precisar.
I was well attended, they were very accurate in diagnosing the failure, with no surprises. They reported two more items that deserved attention but did not need immediate maintenance. By the quality of the place I already knew that the amount charged would be a little higher but they are not the small workshop around the corner, but anyway the price was only R $ 200 above expectations. I will definitely be back when I need it.
