★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui 3x na academia. Na primeira, fui bem atendida e um instrutor me passou todos os exercícios do dia. Na segunda vez, quase 1 semana depois, não tinha ninguém na recepção, minha digital não passava e eu ainda tinha um treino pronto; a academia estava cheia e havia apenas 1 instrutor que não conseguia ajudar todos os alunos. Fiquei 40 min lá, ele me passou só 2 exercícios e nem notou quando eu fui embora. Na última vez, novamente não havia ninguém na recepção, minha digital não passava (passei por baixo da catraca) e meu treino ainda nao estava pronto, mesmo eu reclamando disso no WhatsApp deles. Fui embora e não pretendo voltar.
I went 3x at the gym. At first, I was well attended and an instructor gave me all the exercises for the day. The second time, almost 1 week later, there was no one at the reception, my fingerprint didn't pass and I still had a workout ready; the gym was full and there was only 1 instructor who couldn't help all the students. I stayed there for 40 minutes, he only gave me 2 exercises and didn't even notice when I left. The last time, again there was no one at the reception, my fingerprint didn't pass (I went under the turnstile) and my training wasn't ready yet, even though I complained about it on their WhatsApp. I left and do not intend to return.

Um elogio em particular ao professor Mário, explica muito bem os exercícios e é muito gente boa.
