★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estou amando essa nova experiencia que a Insider me proporcionou, nunca havia frequentado tantas aulas em uma academia, sempre me desanimava por conta da rotina que a academias comuns tem, mas ai tive essa experiencia de um Cross Training e estou apaixonada, é muito puxado? logico que é rsrsrsrs mas o treino é muito dinâmico, e os profissionais... nem se fala, muito prestativos e atenciosos, o que torna tudo melhor ainda, fora a galera que são nota 10!!! Não me sinto segura de deixar vocês nunca mais hahahahaha
I am loving this new experience that Insider provided me, I had never attended so many classes at a gym, I was always discouraged due to the routine that regular gyms have, but then I had this experience of Cross Training and I am in love, is it too hard? of course it is rsrsrsrs but the training is very dynamic, and the professionals ... not to mention, very helpful and attentive, which makes everything even better, apart from the guys who are grade 10 !!! I don't feel safe leaving you ever again hahahahaha
