★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de saber por qual motivo os vendedores da loja do Shopping Center Vale - São José dos Campos - SP, tem tanta má vontade de atender aos clientes. Pela terceira vez que entramos nessa loja, gostamos dos produtos e não realizamos a compra por pura falta de interesse dos vendedores. Ontem entramos, vimos umas camisetas Polo onde 2 saiam por R$ 120,00 e perguntamos para o vendedor quais cores que tinham. Ele parado na porta loja respondeu.... acho que tem lilas, azul e preta. E não saiu do lugar e continuou a olhar pra nós. Sem o menor interesse em mostrar, em oferecer outros produtos.... nada. Um descaso. Faltou falar.... vão embora. Não me incomodem. Faltou isso. Resultado saímos e compramos 4 camisas na loja Hering. Onde iriamos comprar somente 2 peças e por simpatia e interesse da vendedora, compramos para o filho, enteado e marido. Gosto muito dos produtos de vocês. Mas decidimos não entrar mais nas lojas da rede, porque damos preferencia para quem nos trata com interesse e respeito. Uma pena.
