★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito ruim com a loja. Fui fazer uma troca e a atendente me disse que eu só podia trocar uma vez. Disse que tinha clareza da troca mas que desconhecia essa impossibilidade de trocar uma segunda vez. Ela disse que a loja não tinha obrigação de trocar nem a primeira. Atendimento no mínimo antipático.
Quando vamos comprar, as atendentes incentivam:" qualquer coisa a pessoa troca" . Fazem mill insistências para levar outras coisas...cansativo.Quando vamos trocar, o atendimento é ríspido, antipático e extremamente burocrático.
Essa mesma loja, na pandemia, foi muito descuidada com o número de pessoas dentro dela, apesar da política do shopping.
Realmente, descartei esta loja das minhas possibilidades de compra.
Very bad experience with the store. I went to make an exchange and the attendant told me that I could only exchange once. He said that he was clear about the exchange but that he was unaware of the impossibility of exchanging a second time. She said that the store had no obligation to change even the first one. At least unfriendly service.
When we go shopping, the attendants encourage: "anything you can change" . They insist on taking other things...tiring. When we change, the service is harsh, unfriendly and extremely bureaucratic.
This same store, in the pandemic, was very careless with the number of people inside it, despite the mall's policy.
Really, I've ruled out this store from my shopping possibilities.
