★ ★ ★ ★ ★ venho por meio desta indagar minha insatisfação com a empresa ALADIM METAIS, pois na data de hoje 14/11/2018 fui a empresa a qual tem uma propaganda dizendo que : COBRIMOS O SEU ORÇAMENTO . pois não foi o que ocorreu. o vendedor Roberto entrou em contato com a DINORA ( dona da empresa ) a qual informou que não cobria o preço da empresa VALEFER a qual está sempre com preço melhor e material de qualidade.
Gostaria de saber como funciona essa propaganda da empresa?
pois ao meu ver seria uma propaganda enganosa para induzir os clientes ir até a loja ou seja uma total falta de respeito com os clientes
I come by this to inquire my dissatisfaction with the company ALADIM METAIS, because on today 11/14/2018 I was the company which has an advertisement saying that: WE COVER YOUR BUDGET. because that's not what happened. the seller Roberto contacted DINORA (owner of the company) who informed that he did not cover the price of the company VALEFER which is always with a better price and quality material.
Would you like to know how this company advertisement works?
because in my opinion it would be a misleading advertisement to induce customers to go to the store, that is, a total lack of respect with customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento de minha vida! Fiz uma cotação de 5.800 no site, liguei para tirar dúvida quanto ao frete, a atendente, antes de saber o tamanho do pedido me tratou bem mal, naquela má vontade, não estava nem aí para nada.... só mudou dps de saber o tamanho da cotação.
NUNCA COMPRAREI NESSA EMPRESA ONDE NÃO RESPEITAM O CLIENTE, pago 15% a mais em outro fornecedor, mas não perco meu tempo nesta péssima empresa...
