Poor service from the "Seller". Coarse, impatient and not pleasant. I do not recommend or quote in this place, as they do not know how to answer the phone.

PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
I've never been so badly answered by phone, I spoke with 3 different salespeople and they were all super ignorant, the last one still hung up on me.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE.

The variety of products is huge, ample stock and a team very well prepared to assist me, clarifying all doubts and questions very clearly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordamos com o amigo abaixo, que a Metafer não sabe atender o cliente de forma correta, sem contar que eles cotaram um material mais caro e mandaram um material mais barato e não quiseram trocar, a vendedora não deu atenção passou caso pro gerente, que no caso não resolveu nada, enfim ficamos no prejuizo, e para concluir os preços deles não são justos de acordo com o mercado.
We agree with the friend below, that Metafer does not know how to serve the customer correctly, not to mention that they quoted a more expensive material and sent a cheaper material and did not want to change it, the seller did not pay attention, and passed the case on to the manager, who did not in case it didn't solve anything, we were finally at a loss, and to conclude, their prices are not fair according to the market.
