★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O senhor dono do estabelecimento se recusou a orçar um pedido simples de um retrovisor para saveiro g5 pois disse que dava pra arrumar, porém as travas estão rachadas e algumas quebradas.
De qualquer maneira, foi um pedido simples de orçamento, e a resposta que obtive foi "não tenho papel nenhum"

Cheguei com espelho retrovisor quebrado achava que dava para fazer recuperação mas o dono orientou-me a comprar um novo por causa do preço do conserto não compensaria e para minha surpresa para eu seguir a uma nova loja para comprar um espelho novo ele providenciou um espelhinho no lugar e assim eu não ficar totalmente sem um espelho retrovisor até comprar um novo e o melhor não me cobrou nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, chega ser vergonhoso, o idoso que fica na loja para atender os clientes, extremamente mal educado, despreparado, desrespeitoso, não deixa sequer o cliente informar o motivo pelo qual procurou pelo o estabelecimento. Se não sabe lidar com clientes ou com pessoas, não entendo porque mantém o "estabelecimento" aberto. NÃO RECOMENDO EM HIPÓTESE ALGUMA! FUJAM DESTE LOCAL E PROCUREM OUTRO QUE PRESTEM UM ATENDIMENTO NO MÍNIMO DIGNO!!!
It is disgraceful, the old man who stays in the shop to serve the customers, extremely ill-educated, unprepared, disrespectful, does not even let the client know the reason why he searched for the establishment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente ao chegar ao local recebi um custo totalmente diferente do que o proprietário havia me passado.
Ao questionar o custo o proprietário se disse de maneira bastante ignorante pedindo que se eu quisesse poderia ir procurar em outro lugar, pois bem, fui na concessionária e por uma diferença mínima realizei o serviço necessário.
Não indico este lugar!
Nota zero em atendimento.
Firstly upon arrival I received a totally different cost from what the owner had given me.
When questioning the cost the owner said in a rather ignorant way asking that if I wanted I could go look elsewhere, well, I went to the dealership and for a minimal difference I performed the necessary service.
I do not recommend this place!
Note zero in attendance.

Mas quero registrar a minha opinião sobre o atendimento, que surpreendeu pela falta de educação.
Fui meio que expulso da loja por não ter o carro desejado.
Fica registrado que Doblô também tem espelho e oportunidade de negócio, aliás fui muito bem atendido em outra empresa.
Saliento apenas que infelizmente não indicarei mais o seu serviço a ninguém, e nem quando eu tiver a sonhada Land Roover, que o Sr. prefere levarei em sua oficina.
Alias para não ser incomodado, o modelo de negócio deveria atender por telefone, agendando a visita e mantendo as portas fechadas para pobres.
Uma pena o que aconteceu, mas agradeço a oportunidade de conhecer melhor a empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após décadas na rua Amaro Guerra, o Sr. José Carlos agora atende na garagem de sua casa, a menos de 1km em linha reta do antigo endereço.
Há alguns anos não tinha problema envolvendo retrovisores. Estive lá ontem. O serviço segue rápido, bem feito e, no meu caso, com preço bem inferior ao da franquia do seguro para substituição.
Recomendo.
After decades on Amaro Guerra Street, Mr. José Carlos now works in the garage of his house, less than 1km in a straight line from the old address.
A few years ago, I had no problem involving mirrors. I was there yesterday. The service is fast, well done and, in my case, at a much lower price than the replacement insurance deductible.
I recommend.
