I called an attendant at this registry office now called Mônica, needing to get information about withdrawing certificates and she was extremely rude, rude, and didn't even give me the e-mail from the registry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, em especial da mesma atendente que me atendeu as duas vezes que lá estive (20/12 e 27/12), no guichê 7! Um lixo de pessoa e profissional, falando com deboche, não sabia das informações e as poucas que passou foi com a maior ignorância possível. Tanta gente capacitada em busca de uma oportunidade de trabalho, e uma sem futuro dessas atuando logo em função de contato direto com o público. Lamentável.
Lousy service, especially from the same attendant who attended me the two times I was there (12/20 and 12/27), at the counter 7! A trash of people and professionals, talking with mockery, did not know the information and the few that passed was as ignorant as possible. So many skilled people looking for a job opportunity, and one with no future of those working right out of direct contact with the public. Unfortunate.

In the middle of a pandemic and the registry offices still have that old policy of not answering the phone and when you answer it, you don't have any doubts. They are all digital illiterates! They don't keep up with technology and the digital information age.
