They don't answer the phone to get in touch. The waiting time is huge to solve something, 2 hours waiting and only 7 passwords answered...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei uma segunda via da certidão de nascimento inteiro teor, esperei 2h para solicitar um documento que sai com 7 dias, porque simplesmente só tinha uma funcionária e os demais conversando, no dia da entrega não estava pronto no prazo, esperei mais dois dias e quando fui buscar ainda tive que esperar a funcionaria finalizar o documento em torno de 40min, tive prejuízos...
I requested a duplicate of the full birth certificate, I waited 2 hours to request a document that was 7 days old, because there was simply one employee and the others were talking, on the day of delivery it was not ready on time, I waited two more days and when I went to get it, I still had to wait for the office to finish the document in around 40 minutes, I had losses...
