★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a muito tempo, já perdi até as contas de quando entrei em contato pela primeira vez para colocar a internet deles aqui em minha residência, na época conheci através do Facebook após um desentendimento com meu provedor anterior. Eles ainda não tinha escritório físico e dava suporte através do WhatsApp, até hoje em 2021 não tenho uma vírgula a reclamar do provedor, a internet tem boa velocidade raramente acontece problemas e quando acontece eles resolvem bem rápido, as vezes que tive problemas com internet aqui em casa foram ou por causa algum veiculo que ao passar na rua acabou rompendo cabo de internet, ou quando tem chuva forte e queima algum equipamento deles mais nunca passei mais que 24hr sem internet e já aconteceu de estar no trabalho e eles me ligarem no celular pra saber se eu estava com algum problema na internet pois meu roteador estava desconectado. gosto muito dos serviços deles e ate hoje não tenho vontade alguma de mudar de provedor
I've been a customer for a long time, I've even lost accounts when I contacted them for the first time to put their internet here in my home, at the time I got to know them through Facebook after a disagreement with my previous provider. They still didn't have a physical office and they gave support through WhatsApp, until today in 2021 I don't have a single complain about the provider, the internet has good speed, problems rarely happen and when they do they resolve very quickly, sometimes I had problems with the internet here at home it was either because a vehicle that passed on the street ended up breaking the internet cable, or when there is heavy rain and burning some of their equipment, but I have never spent more than 24hr without internet and I happened to be at work and they called me on my cell phone to find out if I had any problem on the internet because my router was disconnected. I really like their services and to this day I have no desire to change providers.
