★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse é a segunda vez que realizamos uma festa neste buffet.
A primeira de 1 ano já havia sido maravilhosa, tanto que esse de 5 anos resolvemos realizar novamente neste buffet.
O atendimento é mtt bacana, comida servida quente e com fartura.
Os convidados elogiaram mttt referente acomida, brinquedos, atendimento, entre outros.
Meu filho ficou megaaaa feliz e com toda certeza nós tb!!!
Qualquer oportunidade com certeza estaremos lá novavente.

 This is the second time we've had a party at this buffet.
The first of 1 year had already been wonderful, so much so that this 5 year old decided to perform again in this buffet.
The service is mtt cool, food served hot and full.
The guests praised mttt referring to action, toys, attendance, among others.
My son was megaaaa happy and for sure we tb !!!
Any opportunity we will be there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço não é muito amplo,as suficiente para uma festa média. Os salgadinhos são servidos bem quentinhos e com fartura. O sortimento de bebidas não alcoólicas também é bom. O que não gostei foi do atendimento, que para mim é primordial. Parece ser uma empresa familiar, então os funcionários provavelmente são filhos da dona e não têm medo de perder o emprego. Não são solícitos com os convidados e ignoram completamente algumas solicitações. São pessoas sem carisma. Um dos garçons foi extremamente gentil e atencioso comigo, mas ouvi outras pessoas reclamando do mesmo, por ter sido grosseiro diante de um pedido de suco.
O "almoço" é muito fraco. Na festa da qual participei havia apenas macarrão e salada e em pouca quantidade. O bolo, normalmente muito aguardado, foi a pior frustração. Estava gostoso, mas a fatia era tão fina que mal dava para saborear. E nem adianta pedir mais um pedaço porque a garçonete irá fingir que nem te viu. Muita mesquinharia. Resumindo: não recomendo o buffet.
The space is not very wide, enough for an average party. The salty snacks are served very warm and with plenty. The assortment of soft drinks is good too. What I did not like was the service, which for me is paramount. It seems to be a family business, so the employees are probably the owner's children and not afraid to lose their job. They are not solicitous with the guests and completely ignore some requests. They are people without charisma. One of the waiters was extremely kind and attentive to me, but I overheard other people complaining about it, for being rude at a request for juice.
The "lunch" is very weak. At the party I attended, there was only pasta and salad and in a small amount. The cake, usually long awaited, was the worst frustration. It tasted good, but the slice was so thin it could barely taste. And it's no use asking for another piece because the waitress will pretend she did not even see you. Very petty. Bottom line: I do not recommend the buffet.

Brincadeiras a parte...
O atendimento virtual e pessoalmente é excelente. O Franz foi super atencioso com meu marido e eu quando fomos conhecer o buffet. Realizamos em setembro/2019 o aniversário de 1 aninho da minha caçula e fiquei impressionada com os serviços prestados. Pois, no momento em que chegamos no buffet os garçons já começaram a servir, assim foi até o final da festa. Todos os convidados elogiaram muito o serviço dos garçons, os salgados e principalmente a minipizza, todas as crianças amaram os brinquedos e se divertiram muito. Graças a Deus só recebi elogios dos meus convidados. E, eu estava bem apreensiva, pois logo em dezembro farei o aniversário da minha filha mais velha. Glórias a Deus que Ele preparou o melhor lugar para minha família e eu celebrarmos. Obrigada a todos os envolvidos da família Alakabuum pela parceria nos aniversários das minhas princesas. Deus continue honrando vocês. Grata!!

The virtual call and personally is excellent. Franz was super attentive to my husband and I when we got to know the buffet. We conducted in September / 2019 the birthday of one aninho my youngest and I was impressed with the services provided. For the moment we arrived at the buffet waiters they have begun to serve, so it was until the end of the party. All the guests praised the service of the waiters, the salty and especially the minipizza, all the children loved the toys and had a great time. Thank God I only received compliments from my guests. And I was pretty apprehensive, because soon in December will make the birthday of my eldest daughter. Glory to God that He prepared the best place for my family and me to celebrate. Thanks to all involved in the partnership Alakabuum family birthdays of my princesses. God keep honoring you. Thankful!!

Fazia muito tempo que não via um buffet, bem servido, a todo momento serviam os salgados, doces, e bebidas. (Fomos em outro buffet no mesmo mês, e serviam 1 vez os salgados, e bebida tinha que ficar pedindo). Minha experiência foi muito boa!
