★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra do produto e ao vender foi passado ao vendedor os locais em que os sensores deveriam ser colocados, assinamos o contrato realizei o pagamento, no dia em que o técnico veio instalar o equipamento em casa disse que não poderia colocar no local por ser descoberto... Estou aguardando agora meu dinheiro de volta, infelizmente me venderam algo que não existe! Perdi minha sexta-feira a noite e meu sábado de manhã! Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando cancelar há vários meses, todos os canais via telefone não são cobertos pelo meu plano de telefone, no email, eles dizem não localizar minha instalação. Desliguei o aparelho da tomada há dias e até hoje não houve uma ligação por parte da empresa pra saber se estamos seguros, já que é uma empresa de segurança. Meu vencimento é dia 25 e dia 24 já cai o débito automático. Difícil viu, vou entregar o estabelecimento e continuar pagando por pura negligência da empresa... Isso pq pago para nossa segurança, é um absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 8 meses tentando cancelar e não consigo, qd ligo sobre O assunto eles desligam na minha cara,há meses desliguei tudo e os boletos continuam vindo como se o equipamento estivesse ligado funcionando normalmente, normalmente reclame aqui há milhares de reclamações,,eu já entreguei a um advogado todos os documentos necessário incluindo gravações de áudio e ligações telefônicas. Também levarei ao pequena causas eee deixar rolar ,,infelizmente na hora da venda qd vc liga para obter informações sobre o produto sem compromisso parece que o funcionário ja estáva na esquina esperando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje no dia 05.10.2021 as 23:33 hrs ,tive mais uma vez a certeza de que a verisure não cumpre com o que prometem,pois meu marido saiu pra fora disparou alarme pegou a foto do braço dele e o que fizeram ?nada zero monitoramento já é a 3 vez que isso acontece disparar por algo eles não ligam nem nada ,e quando ligo reclamando sempre há uma desculpa ,daí hoje tentei ligar 5 vezes pra central na edeora de mais de 15 minutos e nada não consigo contato com ninguém. Bem insatisfeita com serviço que não funciona,pois pago caro mensalmente ,pago caro nos aparelhos e quando preciso não funciona ,quero cancelar meu contrato,quero meu dinheiro de volta pois o serviço é um lixo graças a Deus que não era um ladrão pois se fosse já era pois o serviço falho da empresa é vergonhoso. Espero uma posição pois ligo e ninguém atende como faço pra resolver ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COMPLETAMENTE INÚTIL. Vendem segurança, mas tratamento é superficial. No momento da contratação, o alarme é excelente, funciona perfeitamente, tudo que vc precisa ele faz. Política de vendas da verisure é extremamente agressiva, prometem várias coisas e não cumprem nada. Falta plena de transparência com o consumidor.
No momento da instalação do perimetral, o técnico contradisse o vendedor, dizendo que meu quintal precisaria de dois aparelhos, sendo que me foi prometido segurança total com apenas um, sendo que cada qual custa quase mil reais e mais 40 reais na mensalidade, sendo que nada disso havia sido dito.
PRECISA DE ALARME MONITORADO, FUJA DA VERISURE.
COMPLETELY USELESS. They sell security, but treatment is superficial. At the time of hiring, the alarm is excellent, it works perfectly, everything you need it does. Verisure's sales policy is extremely aggressive, promises a lot of things and doesn't deliver on anything. Full lack of transparency with the consumer.
