★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com o produto e assistência. Minha loja foi furtada dia 04/12/20 em Campos dos Goytacazes-RJ e já havia instalado o equipamento há 2 meses. O Meliante invadiu, furtou os pertences, sabotou o alarme e quem chamou a polícia fomos nós, propaganda enganosa eles dizerem que acessam a polícia imediatamente. No boletim de ocorrência a polícia teve acesso às imagens, a qualidade da imagens a sabotagem do alarme não possibilitou identificar o meliante. Pedimos assistência e não deram nenhuma assistência, continuaram cobrando as faturas, emitindo boletos e o pior não responderam nenhuma vez nossos e-mail e ligações. Além de emitirem uma multa quando solicitei o cancelamento do contrato. Tenho todos os documentos e protocolos.

We asked for assistance and did not give any assistance, continued to collect invoices, issuing slips and the worst did not answer our emails and calls. In addition to issuing a fine when I requested the cancellation of the contract. I have all the documents and protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa presta um bom serviço, mas mesmo pagando mensalidade, quando você precisa fazer uma pequena modificação na posição dos equipamentos ou trocar de endereço cobram valores absurdos! R$150 para um técnico desinstalar e mais R$150 para outro técnico instalar, na mesma cidade, em um bairro diferente. Solicitei que acrescentasse mais um Foto sensor na instalação e fui informada que teria que agendar uma terceira instalação e pagar mais R$150,00 mesmo o técnico estando na minha loja. Isso me deixou bem decepcionada com a empresa, pois mesmo pagando em dia uma mensalidade nada barata, nos cobram por tudo. Um absurdo o técnico estar na loja e não poder instalar um sensor a mais e sermos cobrados por mais uma taxa absurda
