Acredito que profissionalismo consiste em aceitar elogios e também reclamações e verdadeiramente não acredito em pessoas capacitadas nesse nível. Precisa melhorar muito! Opte por profissionais da região que se dedicam a anos por vender e comprar seu imóvel. Normalmente franquia é assim. Descompromisso com a informação e desrespeito ao cliente.
I criticized a broker for not being up to date on the Viverde Cabo Frio launch, it didn't know how to deal with the criticism and blocked me. I believe that professionalism consists of accepting praise as well as complaints and I truly don't believe in people capable of that level. Need to improve a lot! Opt for professionals in the region who have dedicated themselves for years to selling and buying your property. Franchising is usually like that. Lack of commitment to information and disrespect for the customer.
