Quando deixei meu notebook lá me disseram que o serviço demoraria no máximo 2 dias para ser feito, porém, já no quarto dia de espera disseram que não sabiam nem quando chegaria a peça para a troca pois não tinham ainda uma resposta do "fornecedor". Dado isso, eu disse que iria lá buscar o computador, e quando fui lá novamente fui extremamente mal recebido, com o proprietário elevando seu tom de voz, interrompendo minha fala e dizendo que aquilo não era delivery de pizza para ter tudo na mão na velocidade que eu quisesse. Após isso ainda demoraram mais 2 horas para entregar o computador pois arrumam em outro lugar que não ali, e quando ligou para me avisar que a máquina já havia chegado na casa ele simplesmente disse "olha, a máquina está aqui mas como vocês vão pegar, vou aproveitar que ela tá arrumada e vou quebrar de novo!". Como puderam ver, um serviço de baixíssima qualidade que eu não recomendaria nem para o meu pior inimigo. Além de tudo isso a casa é muito estranha, com nenhuma cara de assistência, não te dão comprovante de serviço nenhum, no máximo o cartão da loja. Em geral, uma falta de profissionalismo e extrema falta de educação. Para fechar com chave de ouro, me cobraram R$550 para a troca de 2 ventoinhas, porém você pode comprar um par de ventoinhas originais por R$120 em qualquer loja por aí, então podemos concluir que se cobrassem até mesmo R$200 reais pela análise e troca de componentes, ainda teríamos R$230 reais de pura extorsão. Espero que essa análise ajude vocês a se direcionar para uma assistência melhor do que essa coisa que chamam de serviço.
Horrible! When I left my notebook there I was told that the service would take a maximum of 2 days to be done, however, already on the fourth day of waiting they said that they did not even know when the part for the exchange would arrive because they did not have an answer from the "supplier" yet. Given that, I said I would go there to get the computer, and when I went there again I was extremely poorly received, with the owner raising his voice, interrupting my speech and saying that it wasn't pizza delivery to have everything on hand at speed that I wanted. After that it took another 2 hours to deliver the computer because they tidy up somewhere other than there, and when he called to let me know that the machine had already arrived at the house he simply said "look, the machine is here but how are you going to get it, I will enjoy that she is dressed up and I will break again! ". As you could see, a very low quality service that I would not recommend even for my worst enemy. Besides all this, the house is very strange, with no assistance face, they do not give you proof of service, at most the store card. In general, a lack of professionalism and extreme lack of education. To close with a golden key, I was charged R $ 550 to exchange 2 fans, but you can buy a pair of original fans for R $ 120 in any store out there, so we can conclude that you would be charged even R $ 200 reais for the analysis and component exchange, we would still have R $ 230 reais of pure extortion. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiz um orçamento e ele me enviou o preço via whats sem qualquer explicação ou detalhamento do que foi cobrado, serviço e peças.
Foi a pior experiencia que tive, e ainda tive que pagar o frete de volta, porque solicitei a devolução do meu pc, não contratei o serviço deles.
Não recomento para ninguém, fuja !!
Poor service, I made a budget and he sent me the price via whats without any explanation or detail of what was charged, service and parts.
It was the worst experience I had, and I still had to pay the shipping back, because I requested the return of my pc, I did not hire their service.
Not recommend to anyone, run away !!

Precisei trocar o meu teclado, pois molhei o mesmo, quando fui buscar meu entregaram um outro laptop, enfim, vieram fazer a troca em minha casa, porem o teclado que trocaram do meu laptop e diferente do antigo conforme fotos em anexo. E lamentavel tudo isso, nao consigo por nenhum tipo de acento em mais em nenhuma palavra e nao me explicaram isso.
I didn't like it ... I had to change my keyboard, because I got it wet, when I went to get mine they handed over another laptop, anyway, they came to make the exchange at my house, but the keyboard they changed from my laptop is different from the old one as shown in photos in attachment. It is unfortunate all this, I can't get any accent in any more words and they didn't explain it to me.
