O sistema não é informatizado, muita demora no preenchimento e encaminhamento das fichas, gerando muita demora e ineficiência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se precisar ligar no número da recepção a pessoa morre na espera mais de meia hora ligando aqui sem parar pra pedir informação e o telefone so chama até cair, já começou mal, falta agora chegar lá e ser o inferno pra atender igual todo mundo vem aqui reclamar! Palhaçada ta!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita desorganização e atendimento demorado excessivamente. Fui fazer um simples exame clínico e com todos os papéis pronto demorou 2 horas e 30 minutos. Ao ligar para saber como funciona o atendimento, informaram que não precisa marcar. Se não precisa marcar é por ordem de chegada. Bem depois que estava lá chegou uma pessoa foi atendida foi embora e eu aguardei ainda 1 hora para ser atendida.
Tem que ser revisto esse atendimento da empresa pois está deixando a desejar. Hoje se me pedem indicação de clínica do trabalho, não indico.
Lots of clutter and overly time consuming care. I went to do a simple clinical examination and with all the papers it took 2 hours and 30 minutes. When calling to find out how the service works, they said that they do not need to dial. If you do not need to dial it is on a first come, first served basis. Well after it was there a person was attended was gone and I waited still 1 hour to be attended.
It has to be reviewed this care of the company because it is leaving to be desired. Today I am asked to indicate work clinic, I do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu exame estava agendado com hora marcada e mesmo assim aguardei por mais de 2 horas para ser atendida pela médica. A consulta durou 3 minutos. Infelizmente o agendamento do local existe apenas para aborrecer ainda mais mais o cliente.
